工作,國家電網公司組織編寫了《12kV固體絕緣環網柜技術條件》,本標準對12kV固體絕緣環網柜的各
項功能和技術指標提出了詳細的要求。
本標準由國家電網公司生產技術部提出并解釋。
本標準由國家電網公司科技部歸口。
本標準起草單位:中國電力科學研究院、北京市電力公司、上海市電力公司、浙江省電力公司。

1 范圍
本標準規定了額定電壓為 12kV,頻率為 50Hz,裝于戶內或戶外的交流金屬封閉固體絕緣環網柜制
造和選用時所應遵守的各項技術要求。
本標準適用于國家電網公司10kV配電網。

3 術語和定義
GB/T 2900.1、GB/T 2900.15、GB/T 2900.19、GB/T 2900.20和DL/T 402中確立的以及下列術語和
定義適用于本標準。
3.1
環網單元 ringmainunits
也稱環網柜或開閉器,用于中壓電纜線路分段、聯絡及分接負荷。按使用場所可分為戶內環網單元
和戶外環網單元;按結構可分為整體式和間隔式。戶外環網單元安裝于箱體中時亦稱開閉器。(Q/GDW
370-2009,定義3.6)
3.2
固體絕緣環網柜 solid-insulatedringmainunits
固體絕緣環網柜是采用固體絕緣材料作為主絕緣介質的環網柜。將真空滅弧室及其導電連接、隔離
開關、接地開關、主母線、分支母線等主導電回路單一或組合后用固體絕緣介質包覆封裝為一個或幾個
具有一定功能、可再次組合或擴展的具備全絕緣、全密封性能的模塊,人可觸及的模塊表面涂覆有導電
或半導電屏蔽層并可直接靠可接地的環網柜。
4 正常使用條件和特殊使用條件
按DL/T 593中相關的規定。如果使用條件超出該規定,則應向制造商和供應商提出,通過雙方協商
的方式加以解決。
5 設備型號和定義
設備型號和定義應符合JB/T 8754中的規定。
6 額定值
6.1 額定絕緣水平
按GB 311.1和DL/T 593中的規定,固體絕緣環網柜額定絕緣水平按表1中要求執行。
